Refund policy
Important: Retail purchases must be returned in-store.
LiorGabriel.com accepts returns on unworn items within 14 days of the original date of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered.
Refunds: Returns are refunded to the original form of payment; alternatively, you can choose store credit at checkout. Refunds apply to all items purchased online.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping in all cases.
How to start: Request a return via your order confirmation, or email contact@liorgabriel.com with your order number. Please explain the reason for the return and include any relevant images.
Processing time: Returns are processed and refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
Preparing Your Return Package
- Securely package your item with all original materials included.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- All returns shipped to Germany from outside the EU must be correctly marked as “Returned goods.”
